Gus was a pleasure to know from the North High gym. He took good care of the regulars and his smile often greeted us early in the morning. When we can return, he will surely be missed.

Cathy Dorsano

My sympathy to Marianne, Steve, and family on the passing of Auggie. He was a good friend to my dad, Saverio "Tony" Dorsano who passed Jan. 2020. Marianne you both came to my wedding years ago as dad's guests and I remember you and Auggie had a ball on the dance floor dancing to "Devil in a Blue dress" which he requested! Always a fun person to be around, a fellow Cubs fan, and he treated me kindly out of his respect for his friendship to my dad. My father said several times how blessed Auggie was to have found you. May he rest in peace. He will be missed by many. Steve my sympathy to you also as you were always kind to me through the years like your dad. Losing our parents is one of the most difficult things we endure in life but the memories help ease the loss. We have two of the biggest Cubs fans in heaven now so maybe that will help us in 2021! God Bless your whole family at this difficult time. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
