Ms G, losing you is a reminder that life is short and to keep people who matter to you close. We may have lost touch in recent years but I never stopped loving you and never will. This all feels like a weird dream that I can’t wake up from. I couldn’t get out of work to come pay my respects and pray with the family but I’m praying for their strength and healing after losing someone who meant EVERYTHING to them. I really love all of you guys and wish you nothing but the best. I’m sending all of my love and Gina, I miss you! I keep thinking about how happy you are to be reunited with your mom and how no matter how much time passed after you lost her, you still cried over missing her. Ik it’ll be hard for your kids to move forward from losing you but I am here for them if they need me. I’m just a phone call away. Sending so much love and so many prayers to the family. I truly never thought I would see the day! WTF MISS G?! Why did you leave us so soon! Life was just starting to get good! Man, imma miss you! I’m over here blubbering like a baby… thank you for always being a listening ear and an awesome & fun friend. I will cherish our memories forever. ❤️❤️

Gina, Lonnie & I go way back when she used to bartend in Cudahy. We share plenty of beautiful memories & so many laughs together. One of the things I will never forget about her is when I was at their house & she showed me how she makes spaghetti, meatballs & homemade garlic bread. So good, literally the BEST!! She’s a beautiful soul & I will miss her dearly. Sending love to all of her loved ones 🫶🥰💌

Oh Gina! The mother hen always watching over her flock at work and at home! You would always live with an iron fist. Strong, yet tender. You fought the good fight, defied the odds many times, and now you are home! Have a seat at the table and keep mothering us all from above. Lonnie especially, still needs you to keep him in line. ;)

Donna Goodsmith

I didn't know Gina personally but we played an online game together and shared Facebook photos. Sad to know she had to go so young. Thank you for being a far away friend.

To my mother… it’s hard to come on here and write to you, it seems I’ve been writing to you very often.. ugh I miss you so much and each day it hurts worse and worse, with more realization of things that you won’t be able to help with anymore, or listen to anymore. I won’t get to dance with you again until we meet again.. oh mama how I love you so deeply.. oh how I wished for the results to be different every time we saw a doctor.. please don’t go too far so when I pass, it shall be easy to find you, I love you Gina Maria Hatleli, my mother, my love, my soul, my protector, and my guardian❤️

I miss you Baby Girl. 🤗💕😘 You and your partner in crime and cousin Franky have always been our Rocks that we could stand firm on!!! Your mom Kathy my sister and I always could depend upon you both. It tears my heart apart to see you go so soon in life. However, I know your body was worn out with all the things that were going wrong inside of you. You were a fighter to the very end. You are so very much loved by all of us and have given us a very large sink whole that can never be filled!!! Say hi to everyone up there for us and shine brightly as the stars in the heavens for you're one of them now!!! 🤗💕😘🥰

Gina, it seems unreal that you are gone. We talked just a week before and it’s been too long since we last saw each other. However, I know you have had many health issues in recent years, so I hope you are peace now and with your mom. You will always be in my heart

Auntie Gina, you were as bright as a shining star, and whenever you were around the room lit up to show how brightly you shined. You gave the room laughter and joy. I will miss you so very much and will forever cherish the moments we had together. Look upon us from above with love and guidance.

Mindy

Oh Gina. You gave me courage. You were so brave that day when we got sent out to go up on roofs and it was super cold and windy. You were always just so brave, and I want you to know that I saw that, and I wanted to be like that. I now run up ladders and hang from rope harnesses because you helped me not be afraid. You were so full of life and fire. Thank you for being my friend. You are missed deeply.

Jamie

You took me at 12 and never let me go. An angel when I needed it and hard ass when I needed that. You loved me as your own and you will always have a special place in my heart. I will forever love you and you will never be forgotten. You will live on in my heart until it’s last best and I am greater at those gates. I love you Gina! It’s not goodbye, it’s see ya later!!!!
