Richard “Rick” Drews, 53, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of September 1, 2026.

Rick decided there was a better party in heaven that he wanted to attend. Rick refused to live life with the volume on low or follow anyone else’s script. Even while facing difficult health challenges and fighting a courageous battle with cancer, Rick’s resilient spirit and zest for life never wavered. The overwhelming support he received from the community during his local benefit events was a true testament to the many lives he touched.

Rick was passionate about his love for the Milwaukee Brewers. He took pride in caring for his lawn and taking morning walks by the lake with his beloved dog, Winston. Most importantly, Rick took pride in being there for his friends and family.

Rick was a loving father, husband, brother, and friend to all.

Rick is survived by his wife, Jennifer Drews; his daughters, Cloey Wilkerson and Dosharee Drews; his stepson, Alan Lenz; his mother, Yvonne Drews; his brothers, Mike Drews, Chris Drews, and Dale Drews; his sister, Heather Drews; and his beloved friends, Morgan Wigg, Wendy Vera, and Michelle Ivanis.

Rick was preceded in death by his father, Thomas W. Drews.

Rick will be remembered for his strength, his love for life, his caring heart, and his unforgettable personality. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Rick’s life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Nine-O-Two on the Avenue, 902 Indiana Ave., Sheboygan, from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
