Thomas J. Grudzielanek of Sheboyan, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on November 17, 2022. He was born on January 15, 1953 in Milwaukee, the son of Ervin and Jean Grudzielanek. He graduated from Kettle Moraine High School in 1971 and UW-Oshkosh in 1975. He married the love of his life, Denise Schmidt, on August 19, 1978 at St. Matthias Catholic Church in New Fane Wisconsin. He worked 23 years as a Kmart Manager. He also worked at Consumer Care Products in Plymouth, Wisconsin. He retired in 2017 from Heartland Video Systems in Plymouth Wisconsin. Tom enjoyed fishing and camping with family and friends. He loved his family, wife, kids, and grandsons most of all. A close second was the Packers. Go! Pack! Go!
He is preceded in death by his parents Ervin and Jean Grudzielanek, mother-in-law Evelyn Schmidt, father-in-law Bud Schmidt, brother Charles (Barb) Grudzielanek, and sister-in-laws Laurie Schmidt and Dawn McEwen. He is survived by his loving wife Denise, children Michael Grudzielanek and Kristin (Joshua) Torrison, and grandchildren Parker and Brady Torrison. He is further survived by his sister Margaret Rose (Jay) Morse, nephew Charlie Grudzielanek, brother-in-law Dean Schmidt and Dan (Lisa) Schmidt, sister-in-laws Darcie (Gil) Salm, and Debie (Kevin) Rodenkirch, and many more nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces.
Family and friends may gather at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street Sheboygan on Saturday November 26, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. Fr. Subi Thomas from St. Peter Claver Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will take place in the St. Matthias Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Tom’s name.
Tom’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to the EMT’s and the staff in the emergency department of Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan.
