June R. Green, age 74 of Sheboygan passed away Saturday January 4, 2025. June was born June 2, 1950, in Sheboygan to the late Herbert and Lois (Schneider) Parnitzke. She was a 1968 graduate of South High School. On June 13, 1992, June was united in marriage to Donald Green at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She was a past member of the Moose Lodge #438 in Sheboygan. June enjoyed going for car rides and looking at the wildlife.
June is survived by her loving husband Don, children Richard (Charlet) Simmelink of Denver, PA, Ronald Simmelink of Sheboygan, Jody (Michael) Polster of Casa Grande, AZ, stepchildren Lori Evans of Appleton, Daniel (Jim Cruthers) Green of Hilbert, Kristin (Jaz) Singh of Manitowoc ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Gail Parnitzke of Sheboygan, brother-in-law Stein Gonzalez of Sheboygan, and a sister Janet (Dennis) Curnutt of Harrisville, UT.
June was preceded in death by her parents, brother Herbert “John” Parnitzke and sister Jean Gonzalez.
Family and friends may gather at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan on Thursday January 16, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. June’s grandson Alex Polster will officiate.
