Ronald “Ron” Lesch

Ron Lesch, age 76, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, July 10, 2026, after battling health issues for several years.

Ron was born on January 16, 1950, in South Milwaukee to the late Leo and Florence (Hoffmann) Lesch. He graduated from South Milwaukee Senior High School in 1968. After graduation, he moved to Sheboygan and began his career as an electrician at Kohler Co., where he dedicated 43 years of service. In December 1972, he married Carol Johnson, and together they raised their two sons, Jason and Eric.

Ron enjoyed spending time on the lake and boating during his younger years. Later in life, he especially enjoyed taking evening drives through Kohler-Andrae State Park. He also became an avid cyclist, riding nearly every day and frequently participating in charity cycling events, where he formed many lasting friendships.

Ron is survived by his loving wife, Carol Lesch; his sons, Jason Lesch and Eric (Jamie) Lesch; his two sisters, Carol Petrick and Donna Moeser; and his brother, David Lesch.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Donna Lesch-Fischer.

In accordance with Ron’s wishes, no formal services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Friends of Kohler-Andrae organization.
