This was my first experience (direct experience) with this process. So while I don’t know how other firms function, it would be hard for me to believe they could do better than RN! Bob did a great job making sure at all times that we were comfortable with every aspect of the process.

Very professional staff. Funerals are never easy. Reinbold-Novak lead us through a difficult time. Highly recommend. The firm’s kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Burying our parents on the same day was not easy. Reinbold-Novak made it a bit easier. We want to personally thank Greg and Doug. Greg was extremely patient with us. Doug was kind, patient and understanding.

They were prompt, courteous, very professional, attentive to the smallest of details. Very considerate and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Greg was wonderful to work with. They were very respectful of the families wishes and wants and did their best to accommodate that. It was comforting to know that we could trust them and didn’t have to worry about that aspect. Greg was professional, thoughtful and put the family’s needs first and foremost.

There was nothing to improve on. Everything was as perfect as could be considering having a funeral during a virus pandemic. Doug surprised us at every turn with appropriate signs, pictures and music playing in the background. My husband would have loved it, and he probably did! Doug – he went over and above to accommodate some of our unusual requests to honor my late husband. He was wonderful!

Greg did a great job with the family, ceremony, and everything that was needed, if we called, he addressed concerns right away. We have had several family members funeral services done here and is why we keep coming back. Greg and his brother who picked up our mother from facility she was at were both professional and did a wonderful job.

My husband (the deceased) was a pitcher for the Sheboygan A’s baseball team for 16 years and was inducted into the “Hall of Fame” in 2004. The day of the funeral was Hall of Fame Day at the ballpark. Fred so much wanted to be there that day. Some one arranged with funeral director Bob Durdin to drive the hearse to the ballpark and around the diamond after Mass to the cemetery. I realize this was very unusual and special request but it was Greatly Appreciated!

I was once again very impressed and thankful for the amazing help and support that I received from everyone at Reinbold-Novak. They all go out of their way to help and comfort you during a very difficult time. Every part of my experience in regard to my Mom’s funeral and working with all of the staff at Reinbold were amazing and very meaningful. I think if I had to choose one most meaningful aspect, it would be how quickly Reinbold-Novak, specifically Doug Reinbold, came to Appleton from Sheboygan to get Mom after she passed early in the morning. Doug Reinbold was the amazing funeral director who took care of every detail and helped me every step of the way. All of the staff at Reinbold who are all so kind and helpful. They treat you like family.

Greg Reinbold was wonderful to work with. We were always treated respectfully, promptly and with dignity. His willingness and ability to work with us throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. We were never rushed and Greg was always willing to answer any questions or fulfill any requests.

This was my first experience being responsible for arrangements and I had to do it with no family help. Everyone was wonderful and helped me thru the process from the hour after my dad died to the hour I picked up his ashes. I can’t thank them enough! When I walked with my dad’s body out of the hospice center to the car that would transport him to the funeral home – the driver told me twice he would take good care of him. It made me feel so much better leaving him. All were wonderful.
