There was nothing to improve on. Everything was as perfect as could be considering having a funeral during a virus pandemic. Doug surprised us at every turn with appropriate signs, pictures and music playing in the background. My husband would have loved it, and he probably did! Doug – he went over and above to accommodate some of our unusual requests to honor my late husband. He was wonderful!
