William “Bill” D. Meyer, age 70, of Sheboygan, died on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton.  He was born in Sheboygan on February 20, 1948, the son of the late William Jr. and Dorothy Schultz Meyer.

Bill attended local schools in the Sheboygan Area.  On May 14, 1977, Bill was united in marriage to Sharon Zinkel at St. John the Baptist Church in Plymouth.  He was a polisher at Quality Metal Polishing and retired after 36 years of employment. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting coins and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon, of Sheboygan; two children, Jason Meyer and Gina (Jonathan) Hernandez, all of Sheboygan; his two grandsons, Ethan and Jaxon Meyer; a sister, Pat Schultz, of Kewaskum and his two brothers, Bob (Fern) Meyer and Dennis (Jenny Grub) Meyer, both of Sheboygan.  He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Cliff Schultz.

A memorial service for Bill will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Christian Life Church, 300 Rustic Street, Plymouth.
