Jay Hager, age 85, a resident of Sheboygan, died on December 31, 2022 at 2:30 a.m. at Rocky Knoll in Plymouth. He was born in Millville, New Jersey on April 3, 1937. Jay was united in marriage with Carol Marie Kopiske on April 4, 1964 in Millville, New Jersey. He entered the United States Army in 1957 and served 35 years in Federal Service. Jay earned 20 medals while in service, and was very loyal to the positions he worked in. His hobbies were stamps, coins and trains.
Those left to honor his memory are his loving wife, Carol; daughter, Rae Ann (Wes) Schmitz; granddaughter, Taylor (Tyler) Hoffmann; two great-grandchildren, Emery and Bowen Hoffmann and many other relatives and friends.
