I will always remember Al for his dedication and loyalty to his family, and amazing stories of when he was a little boy. When I first met him in 2006, he told me all about his travels to the Black Hills and how driving there with his family was the best part. I will remember the caring words he offered and how emotional he was when he came to visit me in the hospital with you all after Anniliese passed. I will always tell Lincoln these stories to preserve these special memories, and I know there are many more. I’m so sorry for your loss, but he’s living on in all of us!

Alan will be fondly remembered by me for his many hours spent making our band “Bluebird” sound as it did at the “Top of the First” in the 70s. He was always a pleasure to work with. My deepest sympathies to Holly and family.
