Albin J. Udovich, 92, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Pine Haven Christian Community with his family by his side. Albin was born in Sheboygan to the late John and Theresa (Renusha) Udovich on January 22, 1928. He attended Ss. Cyril and Methodius School and Southside Junior High School. He later went to trade school to be a pressman. Albin proudly served in the U.S. Army in Korea from 1946 to 1947. Albin was united in marriage with Ione Biehl at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church on October 9, 1954. He was a dedicated employee who never missed a day in his 47 years of working at The Sheboygan Press. He began his career in circulation and eventually retired as the manager of the Press Room in 1991. He was a member of Sheboygan Printing Pressman and Assistants Union Local 556. He served as the president of the Sheboygan Printing Pressman Union from 1966 to 1970 and Secretary Treasurer from 1972 to 1981. Albin was very active at church. He volunteered at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church on the grounds crew, assisted with September Fest, the Christian Women’s Breakfast, CYO and was a member of the New Life Choir. He further volunteered with Meals on Wheels, donated 18 gallons of blood through the Red Cross, called Bingo at his mother-in-law’s nursing home, and was an active member of KSKJ Lodge 144. He always made time to give and serve others. When he wasn’t volunteering, Albin enjoyed having fun in anything and everything he did, including bowling, golfing, biking, dancing, and camping. Above all, he was steadfast in his commitment to his wife and family.
Albin is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 66 years, Ione Udovich; his two daughters, Debra (Dirk) Drews and Carla Davis (partner Douglas Sheppard); grandchildren Aaron Drews (partner Sergio Piceno), Megan Drews (partner Aaron Billberg), Jessica (Brent) Reeves and Jeremy (Monica) Davis; great-grandchildren, Jaden, Aspen, Griffin and Baby Reeves on the way, and Landon, Tanner and Cooper Davis. He is further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, cousin-in-law Donna Webb, very close friends including the special Lallemont family and the 14th street neighborhood gang.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John (Mary), Joseph (Theresa), Frank (Ione), and Anthony (Virginia), one infant brother; one infant sister and three infant grandchildren, Zachary, Emily and Sarah Drews.

They would also like to thank the staff of Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their outstanding Christian Care.
The family would also like to thank all the family, friends and volunteers who came to visit, pray, bring food, or sent cards to Albin. The family cannot even begin to name each person because everyone was special to Albin.
