Barbara L. Bahlow, 79, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Barb was born on May 18, 1942 to the late Carl and Louise (Raasch) Brom in Sheboygan. She was proud to graduate in the class of 1960 from Central High School, the last graduating class from the school. On August 27, 1960 Barb was united in marriage with Bill Bahlow at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Barb was the Wilson School “lunch lady” in the 1970s while her daughter attended school. She then went on to work at Park ‘n Save, now Pick ‘n Save, where she helped customers at the courtesy desk. She retired from there after 23 years of service.
Barb was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, she loved cooking and most of all she loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching old movies, completing crossword puzzles and many outings to the casino with her friends (they know who they are). Some of her most memorable times were traveling with Bill, especially to Alaska and many times to Mexico and Door County as well.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri (Michael) Barber; grandchildren, Travis (Lauren) Barber and Mylee Barber (fiancé Dominick Grunewald); great-grandson, Daxton; brother, Karl Brom; sister, Kerry (Buddy) Mueller; brother-in-law, Bob (Nancy) Schumacher; sister-in-law, Bonnie (the late Larry) Enders; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Barb is preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Bill; parents; mother-in-law, Louise Schumacher and stepfather-in-law, Elton Schumacher.
Visitation will be held at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service at 5:00 P.M. with Pastor Christian Gugel, of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, officiating. Private entombment will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
Barb’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the Sheboygan Police Department for their care and compassion.

I'm sorry for your loss. When the Teetzen family had a get together, I would see your family. She always talked with all.
