Beverly Ann “Bev” Rohde (nee Beeck), was born September 23, 1936, and passed away on Monday, December 29th, 2025, at the age of 89. She was born in the Town of Sheboygan Falls to Arthur and Elenora (Becher) Beeck. She attended Prange Grade School and Sheboygan Falls High School.

On October 23, 1954, she was united in marriage to Wm. Allen Rohde. They celebrated 69 years of marriage in 2023. Together they had three children, Pam, Scott, and Amy.

She was employed at various jobs including Lemkuil’s Egg Farm, Larson Canning Company, Prange’s Computer Dept., and Millersville Box Company. She took great pride in her most important role of Full-Time Mom and Homemaker.

Many family vacations were spent fishing and camping across the country and to Canada. They went to England to meet Mary, her penpal of over 60 years! After retirement she and Allen enjoyed traveling in their motor home to all corners of the country–Arizona, Florida, Montana and Maine. Then they also had adventures to New York City and Alaska. They loved spending time at their cabin “up north” near Drummond. They also went to Branson, MO for many years with friends. In between travels, she rarely missed a game or concert for her kids. She also enjoyed attending concerts, plays and sporting events for her grandchildren.

Bev and Allen did so much together. She and Allen were active in the Howards Grove Lions Club. They played dartball and bowled regularly. Throughout their married life they enjoyed dancing. They loved feeding the birds and in the winter months they would be busy cracking hickory nuts. Every night they played cards and shared a big bowl of ice cream. They made many lifelong friendships through church groups and various card clubs and Anniversary Clubs.

She enjoyed gardening, canning and baking. She made so many batches of applesauce and pear bread for her family. She was quite the collector of recipe books; there were not many recipes that she didn’t want to try. Her cookies, bars, bread baking and torte making will be missed by many.

She was a lifelong member of St. Luke Lutheran Church. She was an Active Member of the Mary Martha Circle, Ladies Aid and Homemakers. She also played on the church dartball team and mowed the cemetery for many years where she will be laid to rest.

She is survived by daughter Pamela (Dan) Bogenschuetz; son Scott (Sharyn) Rohde; daughter Amy (Dan) Buehler; sister Vivian Kachur; brother Romy (Rose) Beeck; stepbrother Dave Kasten and many nieces and nephews. Her grandchildren include Jason (Tegan) Westrick, Brad (Jessica) Westrick, Brian (Kyle) Westrick, Jordan (Hailey) Westrick, Tony (Sheri) Rohde, Allie (Luke) Anderson, Isaac Rohde, Brianna (Andrew) Schroeder, Mackenzie (Alex) Fandre; great-grandchildren Benjamin Rohde, Emilee, Everett, and Jude Westrick, Laine and Ollie Engelman, Jameson and Coriana Schroeder, William and Annora Westrick, and two more arriving in February and June.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wm. Allen Rohde; parents Arthur Beeck and Elenora (Beeck) Kasten; stepfather, William Kasten; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Shirley Beeck; brother-in-law, Art Kachur; sisters-in-law; Wilma (Al) Dimmer, Bernice (Alton) Klein, Lorraine (Roland) Brendel; stepbrother Dick Kasten; stepsister-in-law, Kitty Kasten; and many more nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Sharon Richardson Center and the Aurora Medical Staff for her final days of care. In particular, a tremendous thank you to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic for the last 2 ½ years of caring and treating her. Dr. Woody and the entire staff were the best.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, N6193 State Highway 32, Sheboygan Falls, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at church. Burial will follow at St. Lucas Cemetery.

Memorials can be directed to St. Luke Lutheran Church, St. Lucas Cemetery Association or Howards Grove Lions Club.

A very special thank you to neighbors Terry and Sandy Rotter for all their love and support over the years, Bill Westrick for always being there and the many good friends throughout the years.

I am so sorry to hear of Beverly’s passing. A flood memories came back of all the family picnics with the Kasten Clan. That laugh will never be forgotten. Not surprised to read how connected she and Art were with so many people and their adventures in life. Beth Ann Bowhan

Beverly was a very special friend to many people with her special smile and engaging personality. I'm sure she is already been catching up with one of her best friends, our Mother. We are sorry for us not being able to attend as I was admitted to St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee on Wednesday and returning sometime next week. Pam and Bogie, We only knew about mom a short time in our new friendship but she was a remarkably strong and faith filled woman. She raised a beautiful daughter and that speaks to her motherhood role. She has earned her angel wings and a perfect role for her as an angel in the heavens. God Bless you both.

Mary (Vogel) Eldridge

My deepest sympathies! Always remember you and your family. We loved on J and played with Amy and Pam. My mom and dad would get together with your mom and dad and play Sheepshead! She was a sweet woman! Always caring for others!

Dear Pam, Scott, and Amy, My deepest sympathy to you at the loss of your mom. I have so many memories of your parents and the three of you. All the times baby sitting for you meant so much to me. Our oldest daughter was named after you Amy. You were blessed by the parents you had. I am out of the state and will not be able to be in attendance at your Mom's memorial service. Remember you are loved by God and me. Diane

I was actually thinking of her today, that I should call her! We were neighbors and were confirmed together at St. Luke’s and were in high school together. Many fun memories
