Bridget Jean Hand, age 52, of Scotland, formerly of Cascade, passed away unexpectedly on May 12, 2023, at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, UK, following a brief illness. Her life partner Sarah was at her side. Bridget was born on March 16, 1971, she was the daughter of Tom and Annie O’Neil Hand.
She attended local schools and graduated from Plymouth High School. Following high school, Bridget joined the U.S. Navy and served her country during Desert Storm. She enjoyed cooking, hiking, gardening, learning about history, and spending time with friends.
Survivors include her parents, Tom and Annie Hand; siblings, Mary Jo (Mike) Stumpf, Eric (Stacey) Hand, Andrea (Bob) Durdin, and Cory Hand. Many other relatives and friends further survive.
Following Bridget’s wishes a cremation will take place and no formal services will be held. Online condolences may be expressed at www.reinboldfh.con
