Christine Ann Pfister

Christine Pfister was born on August 14, 1969 and passed away peacefully in her sleep after a lengthy illness on April 7, 2022 at the age of 52. She attended Jackson Elementary School, Horace Mann Middle School and graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the class of 1987. Christine was united in marriage with Steven Pfister on October 16, 1993 at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church. During her working years she worked at Jackson Elementary School and at Aldi where she enjoyed being around other people. Christine was a people person, artistic and enjoyed working with the children at Jackson Elementary School. She was very supportive of her children in all their activities.
Christine is survived by her husband, Steve; children, Andrew, Gregory and Kaitlyn; parents, Lenny and Linda Melanz; sister, Becky (Chris) Christianson; brother-in-law, Wayne Jr. (Julie) Pfister; sister-in-law, Terri (Douglas) Stine; nieces and nephews, Nicole (Kyle) Hadaway, Bradley Wolfert, Carly Pfister and Cody Smith and mother-in-law, Beverly Pfister. She is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Wayne Pfister Sr.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April, 13, 2022 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1614 S. 23rd St., Sheboygan, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund has been established in Christine’s name for her children.
