Cynthia Ann Arnold, age 70, of Sheboygan, died on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the Sheboygan Senior Community after a brief battle with cancer.
Cindi is survived by her husband Jesse Arnold, her three children, Amber (Bradley) Wessel-Waite of Sheboygan; Laura Waite of Kiel; and Sarah (Edwin Rush) Waite of Sheboygan. Eight grandchildren, Brianna Coldren, Andrew Waite, Mackenzie Casper, Hunter Wessel, Kaitlyn Rush, Lyndsey Rush, Lincoln Wessel, and Grayson Wessel; along with nine great-grandchildren. Cindi is also survived by her five sisters, Diane Aeschlimann of Cameron, WI; Kathy Prebil (Greg Hartlaub) of Florida; Debi (Mike) Taylor of Adell; Netty (Jim) Ostwald of Sheboygan Falls; and Sheri (Steve) Wangsness of Sheboygan; along with many other relatives and friends.
Cindi was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Joseph Trott and Daniel Trott, her sister, Jeannie Trott, and a brother-in-law, Gene Aeschlimann.
Cindi was born in Sheboygan on November 25, 1954, to the late Edward and Magdalene (Meyer) Trott. She attended local schools and graduated from Random Lake High School in 1972. On August 8, 2008, she was united in marriage to Jesse Arnold. She retired from Allen Edmonds Shoe Corporation where she worked for forty years. In retirement she enjoyed reading, planting flowers in her garden, and baking goodies for family. She had a fondness for shopping, crafts, puzzles, and loved listening to the music of Danny O’Donnell.
A funeral service for Cynthia will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan with Pastor Paul Marks officiating. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. A private burial service will take place at St. John Cemetery in Sherman Center.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the dedicated staff at Sheboygan Senior Community for the compassionate and attentive care they provided to our beloved, Cindi, during her final months. Your kindness, patience, and support brought comfort not only to her, but to all of us during a very difficult time. We are very grateful.
