Diana Rios

Diana Rios was born in LaFeria, TX to the late Jose and Maria Anaya on May 18, 1951 and passed away on August 11, 2023 at the age of 72. She was united in marriage with Teodoro “Tony” Rios on December 27, 1968. She enjoyed BINGO, hand crafts, sewing and coloring, but mostly, Diana cherished spending time with her family. She would have daily phone conversations with her siblings and thoroughly enjoyed watching all sorts of Disney movies with her grandchildren. Diana was the co-owner/operator of La Raza Mexi-Mart where she passionately loved working and absolutely loved all of her clients and coworkers. She will forever be known as a very bold person and also a very sarcastic one and loved to gossip.
Diana is survived by her husband of 55 years, Teodoro; children, Sandra (Jose Silvino) Ignacio, Claudia (Carlos) Moguel and Ronetta Tyson; grandchildren, Martin, Jamie and Phillip Zuñiga, Anthony Ignacio-Rios, Adam Rodriguez and Ayana Moguel and sister, Minnie Contreras. She is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Anaya; son, Albert Rios; granddaughter, Gabriela Rodriguez; siblings, Juan, Roberto, Jose, Aida and Odelia Anaya.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:45 p.m. A second visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at St. Clement Catholic Church, 707 N. 6th St., Sheboygan, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Shores of Sheboygan for their care of Diana, especially Sonia and Desiree “Mami”.
