Edward “Ed” Ivio, 69, of Sheboygan passed away peacefully at his home on May 31, 2024. He was born in the Trout Creek, Michigan area to Oscar and Effie (Metos) Ivio. Ed was known at Curt Joa for his collection of Hawaiian shirts with matching SB Dunk shoes. He was an avid fisherman, sports fanatic, muscle car enthusiast and yard perfectionist.
He is survived by his wife Jody; sister Dolores (Dan) Leppanen; sons Kevin (Courtney) Ivio, Eric (Amy) Ivio; stepsons Larry VanDeWege (Ashley), Michael VanDeWege (Lindsay Aleckson) and grandchildren Larry III, Matthew, Caylee, Skylar and Lilyana VanDeWege.
A celebration of life will be held at the 1907 Club, 2908 N. 21st St., Sheboygan, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2024.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established in his name.
