Emma Jean Dirks, 78, of Sheboygan, passed away on June 5, 2024. Emma was born to the late Elmer and Esther Roloff on March 12, 1946 in Iola, Wisconsin and graduated from Iola High School. She worked for many years at JL French in Sheboygan. Emma loved her dog Angel and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. Her family loved her cream cheese cut out cookies and could find her playing dominoes, bingo and working on her puzzle book. Emma had a strong faith and read her Bible every day. She was a devoted mother and will be missed by her family.
Emma is survived by her son, Troy; grandchildren, Carl Marschie, Lisa (Zach) Torrison, Jessica (Brian) Zamora, and Cassandra Dirks; great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Tamara, Zion, Caleb, Elleanore and Hannah; siblings, Della Grafton (Lee Menzer), Esther (Robert) and Eugene (Marie) Roloff; special friend Frank Ohm and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandchildren Michael and Dillion Dirks, three brothers, and five sisters.
A Celebration of Life for Emma will take place at a later date.
The family would like to thank the Sheboygan First Responders and Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home for their assistance and care.
