Frances Jean Lukich, 89, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2018 at St. Nicholas Hospital. Frances was born on March 1, 1929 to the late Frank and Ivanka Nagode in Sheboygan. She graduated from Sheboygan Central High School. Frances was united in marriage to George Lukich on August 6, 1949. George preceded her in death on April 28, 1998. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She enjoyed crafting centerpieces, going to rummage sales and doing word puzzles. Frances’ grandchildren and great-grandchildren had a special place in her heart and she a special place in theirs.
Frances is survived by her two daughters Sherry (Richard) Toye of Jackson and Heidi (Jerry) Adams of Sheboygan; grandchildren Nicole (John) of Grafton, Ryan (Heather) of CA, Christopher (Jennifer) of Cedarburg and Courtney (Ryan) of MN; great-grandchildren Hannah, Makayla, JJ, Caleb, Ethan, Gabriella, Lacey, Lily, Giovanni and Emery; brother Ivan Nagode.
She is preceded in death by her husband George and her parents.
A funeral service will be held for Frances at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan with Rev. Christian F. Gugel officiating. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Condolences may be expressed online at www.reinboldfh.com.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff in the ICU and hospice at St. Nicholas Hospital for their patience and kindness and a special thank you to Dr. Chohan for her care.
