Geraldine “Gerry” Wilke

May 31, 1946 - Jul 17, 2022

Geraldine Wilke was born on May 31, 1946 and passed away on July 17, 2022 at the age of 76. She attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the class of 1964. Geraldine was united in marriage with Ronald Wilke on July 29, 1967 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She held many positions over the 48 years she worked in the auto industry, most importantly as office manager in her later years. Geraldine enjoyed taking care of her homestead, traveling to see their sons play with the Sheboygan A’s and watching her grandchildren play baseball, basketball, softball and swimming. Her biggest joy was having the whole family around for the Christmas holiday.
Geraldine is survived by her sons, Ronald (Renee) Wilke of Sheboygan and Randy (Patricia) Wilke of Winneconne; grandchildren, Jordan Wilke (fiancé Joshua Neary), Ryan Wilke, Taylor (Adam) Franke, Remington Wilke and sister, Gloria Baumann. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Ronald Wilke; parents, Harry and Alice Ketelhut; brother, Gerald Ketelhut and brother-in-law, Dennis Baumann.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Countryside Manor and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of the care they provided to Geraldine.

My sincere sympathy to your family on the loss of your mother & grandmother. I was a former neighbor on 40th St and I enjoyed seeing Gerry at the North High swim meets when my grandsons swam on the North team along with your children. She was always a pleasant person.

I had the great pleasure of working for Gerry at Sheboygan Chevrolet. I was quite young when I started there and Gerry taught me how kindness and positivity are so essential in the office! She was a wonderful manager and I can still remember her infectious laugh! My deepest sympathies to your family.

Deepest sympathy to the family of Gerry Wilke. We went to South High together and Gerry was so helpful in gathering the women graduates for a luncheon twice each year. She was a joy to be around, and we will miss her very much.

Sending sympathy and prayers to the whole family. I worked with Gerry. She was a great mentor and friend.
