Gloria Moser

Gloria Moser was born on September 12, 1932 and passed away July 6, 2019 at the age of 86. She attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School with the class of 1951. On February 2, 1952 Gloria was united in marriage with Frank Moser Jr. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church. During her working years she was employed at Citizens Bank as a bookkeeper. Gloria enjoyed playing cards, going to Las Vegas, casino trips and spending time with her grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by her children, Sue Severance, Jean Gierl, June (Terry) Vreeke and Michael Moser; grandchildren, Ben (Jessie) Severance, Elizabeth (Aaron) Marcoux, Bruce (Becky) Vreeke, Tiana Vreeke, Brent (Rachel) Vreeke, Monroe (Jason) Abrahamson-Gierl and Michael Moser; 21 great-grandchildren and siblings, June Preder and Mary Keil. She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Frank Moser Jr.; parents, Elmer and Mildred Meyer; siblings, Shirley Schmitt and Eugene Meyer and brothers-in-law, Richard Schmitt and Kenneth Preder.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1439 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Ronald McDonald Foundation in Gloria’s name.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, especially Rhonda, for their care of Gloria.
