My condolences to the family of Jim Arentsen. Many years ago, I taught at the Sheboygan School District's STRIVE Program for 7 years where Jim was the principal. He was the best principal I ever had in all my years of teaching! What a consummate educator! Like mine, he positively touched so many lives. Our community has lost a giant of a man!

Dan and Lori Kanitz

Jim was a kind and caring step-father, and a wonderful father-in-law for Lori. We’re going to miss going out to lunch together, casino trips, and so many others things, too numerous to mention. Jim will live on in our hearts forever. He was an amazing man. We were blessed to have him in our lives.

To the Arentsen Family, My condolences on the recent passing of Jim. He was my principal at Farnsworth and for many years we worked on co broke real estate transactions together. I always thought of him as a true gentleman, honest and ethical real estate professional and overall great guy. Respectfully, Jeff Moenning

Dear Dorothy and Family, We have just read about Jim's passing today and we are very sorry to hear about your loss. We don't get out the alley way to visit all that often anymore because Bob's health has not been the greatest. You have always been good neighbors and we will miss seeing and talking with Jim. Our thoughts and prayers for you and the family at this time. Sincerely, Bear and Rusty Ruppel

I had an opportunity to work with Jim when he was the administrator at the STRIVE Program in Sheboygan. He was a great guy to work with; patient, smart, and unflustered. A man I admired.
