James “Jim” D’Imperio, age 63 of Sheboygan passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021. Jim was born November 8, 1957 in Plymouth to the late Louis and Lorraine (Sasse) D’Imperio. He served his country in the U.S. Marines. Jim was united in marriage to the former Kathleen “Kathy” Jeske on October 27, 1979 in Sheboygan. Jim was employed by Wisconsin Concrete in Kiel for years.
Survivors include his wife Kathy, children Megan D’Imperio (Doug Hutchison) of Sheboygan, Denise (Jerry Voight) Groth of Sheboygan, Sara Fredricks of Cascade, grandchildren Alex Groth (Julie Soto) of Sheboygan, Jacob Seehaver of Manitowoc, great-grandchildren Chandler Groth, Alessandra Groth, Tito Soto, Maiya Soto, Grayson Seehaver, brother Frank (Jean) D’Imperio of Fond du Lac, niece Michelle Rosmarynoski, nephew Matthew D’Imperio, niece Christina D’Imperio and a nephew Tony D’Imperio. Jim was further survived by his mother-in-law Mildred Jeske, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Barry (Cheryl) Lieffring, John (Sheila) Levezow, Mark (Kathy) Jeske.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dan, son Jason Oldenburg, grandson Samuel Groth, father-in-law Florian Jeske and a nephew Jason D’Imperio.
There will be a time for family and friends to gather at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. Full military honors will be accorded by VFW #9156 at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
