James R. Davis, 83, of Kiel, formerly of Arcadia, WI, passed away on October 24, 2025. James was born to the late Elizabeth (Halstead) and James D. Davis on July 6, 1942 in Arkansas. He worked over the road driving for Ashley Furniture for many many years and later at Kohler Co. until he retired. If there was one thing James liked to do in his free time it was watch sports. He was a sports fanatic, watching any sport possible.
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Keith) Pipping; son, Shane Davis (significant other Amanda); nine grandchildren, James (Bri) Kaczmarowski Jr., Chelsea Archer, Mikayla Kaczmarowski (significant other Ryan), Kellin (Annie) Kaczmarowski, Audrey Davis, Spencer Davis, Claire Davis, Calvin Davis and Milo Davis. James is further survived by his two brothers and many nephews and nieces.
James was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Elise Davis.
Private services will be held at a later date.
