When I worked at Shores I always got to joke with Jerry on sitting by the fireplace keeping the ladies in line. He was always a real gentleman.

Jerome “Jerry” Wiarek, 88, of Sheboygan, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at Shores of Sheboygan Senior Living. Jerry was born on November 17, 1933 to the late Frank and Ann Wiarek in Milwaukee. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps when he was 17 years old. Jerry had a long career of 37 years working in various positions at the Kohler Co. He enjoyed fishing and being outside surrounded by nature. He also liked to do word searches and jigsaw puzzles in his spare time.
Jerry is survived by his four children, Duane (Jeanette), Brian (Karen), Jeff (Debra) and Dawn Hartl; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
A visitation will be held in Jerry’s honor on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan. VFW Post 9156 will provide military honors. Burial to take place at Wildwood Cemetery.
