We were in the trailer park for 8 years and got to know Romy well. He loved our dogs! Over the years we biked together, I would make him popcorn and he would give us bluegills. He always walked with a fly swatter, smart man! On hot hot days when we went to the beach, he would sit in our airconditioned trailer and visit with our fur babies while we went to the beach. We left the trailer park close to 8 years ago, and we still talked, he would come over to our house (after leaving the park) a couple times each year, he was here this last year as well. He sure loved fishing, talking to everyone, popcorn and ice cream, We will miss our friend. Julie and Gary P.

I’ve known Romy since I was a little girl spending summers at Little Silver with my grandparents. He and my grandpa never missed a ball game. Romy always stopped over to see us. He truly was one of a kind and will be missed. ❤️

Romy always brought a smile along with his gift of gab. It was common for him to stop and talk, or ride past and wave while shouting hello. We never hesitated to ask where the “hot” fishing spots were, always knowing they would remain a secret. He will be missed at Little Silver Lake, but we will never forget ♥️

I always smiled when I would see Romy coming and he always took the time to stop and chat or wave as he walked or rode. I'm glad my trailer was on his traveling path so that God put him in my path. Romy you still owe me a dance and next time I'm gonna get it from you. Wishing you peace, healing and a lifetime of good memories to give you comfort.

RIP Romy - We will miss our conversations with you each summer at Little Silver Lake in Wild Rose. You added a brightness to each day. There will be a void in your family and a void in your campground family. Please know that each and everyone of you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Romy was a very special person and we will miss him greatly. Norm & Joyce Klug Beaver Dam, Wi
