Jill K. Rozmarek. 49 of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024, with her family by her side, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. She was born on October 15, 1974, in Manistee, MI to Henry and Janet (Kudich) Rozmarek. Jill graduated from Manistee High School and then went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Western Michigan University.
On November 2, 2002, she was united in marriage to Roque Corpuz in Grand Rapids, MI.
Jill had an artistic flare. She was good with colors and patterns; home decorating was easy for her. Friends were always asking her advice on different things they could do in their homes. Jill was also an amazing baker. She enjoyed thrifting, organizing, cleaning and gardening. She loved being outside in her garden, caring for her flowers and vegetables. Her green thumb produced many lemons, avocados and tomatoes to name a few.
Jill’s passion was being a mom to her daughter Ivy. She was always there to support Ivy in all her endeavors, like driving the golf cart for her, becoming good at putt-putt, and cheering her on as she raced around the track and field events. Jill loved all the time spent with her family, creating many cherished memories.
Jill is survived by her husband Roque Corpuz, daughter Ivy Corpuz, parents Henry and Janet Rozmarek, and her brother Brett Rozmarek. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Henry and Violet Rozmarek and Rudolph and Ruth Kudich, uncle Lee LeFleur and aunt Patricia Rozmarek.
A celebration of Jill’s life will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St. Sheboygan.

Jill was a dear friend, a loving wife, a devoted mother, and an amazing person who touched my life from the first time we met. I first met Jill through my wife, as she was once my wife's college roommate and close friend. From the beginning, Jill was one of those salt-of-the-earth people who accepted everyone for who they were. I have known Jill for over 25 years; in fact, she stood up in our wedding. She was so honest, truthful, and matter-of-fact—a type of person you just don't run into every day. I will always cherish our visits to Jill and Roque when they lived in Grand Rapids. We would visit them quite frequently, and it was always an event to look forward to. Even though it was just Jill, Roque, my wife, my toddler, and me, Jill would cook up a storm, preparing enough food for a party of twenty. She was an amazing cook, and her generosity knew no bounds. Jill's fight with an aggressive form of cancer showed her incredible strength and determination. She never gave up, even during the toughest times. What stood out the most was how she kept things as normal as possible, always focusing on the positive. She loved talking about her daughter, Ivy, and her face would light up with pride every time she mentioned her. There was no match for her love for her husband, Roque. While I know Jill is now at peace, her loss is deeply felt. The world lost a truly wonderful person that day. But her spirit, her kindness, and the memories we shared will stay with us forever. God Bless, Jill! You will always be missed and never forgotten.

Roque, Ivy, and family, I'm truly heartbroken to hear this news. I am very sorry to hear about the loss of Jill. When I was recovering from a stroke in the hospital, Jill had sent my kids some activities to do, while I was away. This was just such an unexpected and thoughtful thing to have done. I wish and pray for all of you to have the swiftest and most grace filled healing, in this important time of transition for your family. I know that my dad, "Uncle Lee", is up in Heaven with her now. You all are in my prayers! Sending much love and hugs to you. Jayme, Josh, Korra, and Alaura Daley
