John Yochis was born on December 1, 1950 and passed away on August 31, 2022 at the age of 71. He attended local schools including Sheboygan South High School. John was stationed in Germany while serving in the United States Army. During his working years, he worked for Johnsonville Sausage for over 35 years and recently part time for Lakeside Music. John enjoyed playing his bass guitar in many bands throughout the years, was an avid hobbyist, especially when it came to Star Wars, and loved spending time with his children.
John is survived by his children, Tim and Samantha Yochis and further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Patricia Yochis.
A private celebration of life for John will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Matthews and staff for their care of John.

John Rest In Peace. I always enjoyed the time we worked together of over 20 years. I enjoyed our conversations about everything beyond just work. You were a great friend.

Rest in piece. I remember many of the interactions we had at j-ville. Work is work, but he made it fun! The big rock band in the sky just gained an additional bass player for the jam. Thoughts and prayers to the family!
