Jonathan K. Bub, age 54, of Sheboygan, died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 30, 2024. He was born in Sheboygan on April 12, 1970, the son of Lawrence and Carol Cobb Bub.
He attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan Christian School in 1988. Jonathan then attended Milwaukee Area Technical College acquiring a certificate in carpentry. He was employed at Masters Gallery in Plymouth for the past 15 years.
Jonathan was a current member of Christian Life Church in Plymouth. He enjoyed watching movies, collecting Looney Tunes silk ties, giraffe figurines, tending to his aquarium, and riding his motorcycle. Jonathan was also a Sheboygan A’s, Milwaukee Bucks, and Green Bay Packers fan. He was a handyman and liked to build/fix anything. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family, and his furry companion, “Sierra.”
Survivors include his children, April Bub, of Waukesha, and Justin (Chauntele) Kreutz, of Milwaukee; mother, Carol Bub, of Sheboygan; a brother, David Bub, of Fond du Lac; his two sisters, Tina Bub-Wilson and Laura (Brad) Watson, both of Sheboygan; a nephew, Eric Allman; and his four nieces, Stephanie and Britney Wilson, and Elizabeth and Sarah Watson.
A funeral service for Jonathan will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan with Pastor Richard York officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Wildwood Cemetery.
