I attended St. Michael Catholic School and Berlin High School with Joyce. I remember Joyce fondly. She was very quiet but always had a smile and usually a giggle. Was looking forward to seeing Joyce at our 55th class reunion this May. God will surely bless Joyce and take her into his eternal home. My deepest sympathy to Joe, John, Laura

Sending my heartfelt sympathy on Joyce's passing. I had the privledge of working with Joyce on various public health computer projects when she led the county's IT department. . She was a kind, compassionate and intelligent leader who gave 100% to all she did. May she rest in peace.
