I had the privilege to work with Karen and Ken as their principal and coworker in Christ at Trinity. We had many wonderful times at faculty gatherings, field trips, and chapel services. We also shared wonderful times ribbing each other about the Packers/Bears, or as Ken and Karen would say, Bears/Packers. I was privileged to teach a number of their children. Please know that you are and have been in my prayers. Now you are in the arms of your Lord and Savior forever! Well done though good and faithful servant!

I was blessed to serve with Karen during my time as the Associate Pastor at Trinity Sheboygan occasionally doing recess duty with her on the playground. Such a great servant in Christ's church, wonderful teacher, mom, and wife to Ken - I'm sure also a great grandmother, too. Prayers for the entire family. "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!"

Karen was more of a sister to me than a sister in law. Dick and I will so miss our visits together in Ohio or when we used to visit them in Wisconsin. A lot of laughs and lovin' Because of our faith in Jesus our Savior, we will meet again. No more pain or tears. Love you forever my sweet Karen. ❤️✝️🙏🏻
