Keith Robert Hietala

Keith Robert Hietala was born on August 12, 1956 and passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 26, 2024 at the age of 68. He graduated from Hancock Central High, Hancock, MI in 1974.
Keith worked for many years at Lear until retirement. Keith loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Green Bay Packers, as he was a huge fan. He also loved old movies and reading books and was a cribbage player. Keith is already missed by his children and family.
Keith is survived by his children Richard (Tiffany) Hietala of Saint Francis, Minnesota, Jennifer Avina of Sheboygan, Jason (Julie) Hietala of Sheboygan and Keith “Bucky” (Donna) Hietala of Sheboygan. He had 10 grandchildren Faustino, Joshua, Jacqueline, Jonathan, Jason II, Sabrena, Jazlynn, Juliet, Draygon and Zaria all of Sheboygan; 2 great-grandchildren Harley and Serena of Sheboygan; siblings Donald (Mary Jo) Hietala of Hancock, MI, Mark (Wanda) Hietala of Belleview, FL, Kim (Don) Sorvisto of Hancock, MI and Kenric Hietala of Sheboygan Falls. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Gloria Hietala and Many other relatives.
There will be no funeral services due to Keith’s wishes. There will be a celebration of his life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Keith’s family.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Joann Klein and to the doctors and staff at Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan for their care of Keith.
