Lee E. Entringer, 91, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2022, at Sheboygan Senior Community surrounded by loved ones. Lee was born on May 28, 1930, in Sheboygan to Bernard and Josephine (Ohlschmidt) Entringer.

In 1948, Lee graduated from North High School and in 1951 he enlisted in the Air Force and served for four years. After his time in the service, he met his wife Shirley (Dunn) and the couple was united in marriage at St. Peter Claver Parish in Sheboygan on May 25, 1957. Together they had five children and were happily married for 64 years.

Lee worked as a sales manager for Prudential Insurance and later as a sales agent for American Family Insurance until his retirement in 1991. In his retirement, Lee & Shirley enjoyed spending winters in Florida and Arizona. They also loved spending summers up north at their cottage in Eagle River with family and friends. Lee was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid Packer fan, and enjoyed playing golf, painting, and having a cocktail at happy hour.

Lee is survived by his wife Shirley, and their five children Patrice (Gary) Grossheim, Philip (Lisa) Entringer, Anne (Gregory) Cox, Paul (Sandra) Entringer, and John (Christina) Entringer; their 11 grandchildren Michael (Breanna) Grossheim, Steven (Rachel) Grossheim, Daniel (Kaitlyn) Grossheim, Lindsay (Travis) Motl, Kyle Entringer, Bradford (Ashley) Cox, Stephanie (Douglas) Schulz, Ashley (Max) Andersen, Brianna Entringer, Ethan Entringer, and Kendall Entringer; their 9 great-grandchildren; his siblings Carol (Guy) Schoeni, Tom (Nicki) Entringer, Arlene (Joseph) VonDerVellen, Peggy (Michael) Zimmermann, Teresa (Peter) Shult; his sisters-in-law Faye Entringer, Lois Maxfield, and Marcia Miller; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Josephine; his father and mother-in-law William and Mary Dunn; his brother Guy Entringer; his brothers-in-law Robert Maxfield, William Dunn Jr., Ronald Miller; and a nephew.
