Linda J. Burger, age 70, of Sheboygan, died on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at her home after losing her battle with cancer. She was born in Sheboygan on June 22, 1950 the daughter of the late John and Ann Daugird Norris.
Linda attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1968. On September 8, 1972 she was united in marriage to Larry Burger at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sheboygan. She worked at Donahue & Associates and Kohler Company in various administrative positions, was a member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club and retired in 2013.
She was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a member of the Titanic Historical Society since 1994. Linda loved her trips to the casinos around Wisconsin, reading, watching the Green Bay Packers and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Burger, of 48 years, of Sheboygan; two children, Jodi (Steve) Prahl, of Sheboygan, Scott (Amber) Burger, of Ada; her two sisters, Judy Zelle and Pat Adamavich, both of Sheboygan; and a brother-in-law, Jeff (Donna) Burger, of Elkhart Lake. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Mary Jane Norris and her brother, John Norris and daughter Lisa.
A private Memorial Mass has been held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sheboygan.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to Dr. Matthews and his entire oncology staff for the compassion and care that was given to Linda throughout the years.
