Lorraine M. Cupp, age 89, of Sheboygan, died on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. She was born in Sheboygan on July 13, 1931 to the late Joseph and Anita White Schultz.
Lorraine attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School. She then married Jack Gilbert Cupp in Sheboygan. Jack preceded her in death on February 6, 1967.
Lorraine worked at Prange’s Department Store in downtown Sheboygan for many years. She also worked at Prange Way in the garden center and various other places around Sheboygan. Lorraine had a highly active lifestyle and she enjoyed gardening and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan as well.
Survivors include her five children, Steve (Kathleen) Cupp, of Sheboygan, Tom Cupp, of Milwaukee, Scott Cupp, Jackie Vanrixel, both of Sheboygan, and Karen (Brian) Beuchel, of Kiel; eight grandchildren, and her best friend, Donna Carle, of Sheboygan. Many other relatives and friends further survive. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jack.
In accordance with Lorraine’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Sheboygan.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to the Shores of Sheboygan Assisted Living and the doctors and nurses at St. Nicholas Hospital for the compassion and care that was given to Lorraine.
