Mark R. Morton, age 72, of Sheboygan passed away early Saturday morning September 25, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Mark was born June 3, 1949 in Elkhart, Indiana to the late Richard and Barbara (Petersen) Morton. Mark was united in marriage to Diane Winter on November 30, 1968 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church. He was employed by Kohler Company in the enameling department and retired in 2014 from power house maintenence. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Mark was a longtime member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed spending time with his family, genealogy and attending baseball games.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Diane, daughters Jennifer (Ross) Hoggatt of Waukesha, Melissa (Nathan) Dehne of St. Cloud, MN, Emilee (Dan) Mooney of Hartford, grandchildren Luke (Sarah) Hoggatt, Matthew Hoggatt, Danica Hoggatt, Sophia Hoggatt, Benjamin Dehne, Emma Dehne, Samuel Dehne, Adeline Mooney, Norah Mooney and Clare Mooney, sister Susan Morton of California, brothers John (Carol) Morton of Indiana and David (Tamara) Morton of Wisconsin. Mark is further survived by his brothers-in-law John (Vicki) Winter and Manning Kilton.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents and sister Jane Hillyer.
Family and friends may gather at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1439 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan on Thursday, September 30, 2021, from 10 a.m. until noon. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon on Thursday at the church with Fr. Paul Fliss officiating.
Masks are required for the visitation.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for the Parkinson’s Association and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
