Mary Louise (Montgomery) Lieding, age 92, of Sheboygan WI entered eternal life with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 4, 2021.
Our mom was an amazing woman who was certainly known for her kindness and making everyone feel welcome.
Mary was born on July 14, 1929, to Raymond and Dorothy Biederman in Jefferson Wisconsin. She married Charles Montgomery on a very warm Saturday morning on the 6th of August 1949. Charles passed in October 1998. She married Roger Lieding on August 9, 2002, surrounded by family.
Mary loved planning and hosting family gatherings. She was an excellent cook and baker. She enjoyed playing cards, drawing, gardening, and reading. She thoroughly enjoyed traveling and taking trips with her daughter Anne.
Mary volunteered at the JMKAC helping at exhibits and at Maywood, helping at the desk and playing Mrs. Claus with her husband Roger.
Mary will be remembered and missed by her children; Keith Montgomery, Dale Montgomery, Paula (Dan) Switalski and Ann (Steven) Moe. She loved all of her grandchildren; Jeremiah (Brittini), Jessica (Luke), Beth Ann (Travis), Travis, Margo (Mike), Katy (Justin), Jennifer (Ben) and Kevin. And great-grandchildren Gavin, Gracie, Emersyn, Myra, Silas, Coralie, Logan, and Suzanne.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Gerald, her husband Charles Montgomery, and her husband Roger Lieding.
A Celebration of Mary’s Life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, December 10, 2021, at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home 1535 S 12th Street, Sheboygan, WI. A public visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. until the time of Mary’s service.

Mary was a second mom to me. Whenever I visited Wisconsin, she would always welcome me and ask me to stay in Sheboygan. I will miss her dearly. So glad I did see her twice this last year. Sending love to the entire family
