Michael “Mike” A. Pfeifer

Michael A. Pfeifer, age 67, of Sheboygan Falls, died on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born in Manitowoc on August 19, 1957, the son of the late George and Marie Willmas Pfeifer.
Mike attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School. On June 23, 1984, he was united in marriage to Gayle Armstrong in Cleveland, WI. Mike was employed at Johnsonville Sausage for over 30 years in the maintenance department.
Mike was known for helping his children with their various projects throughout the years. He also could be found volunteering for the Sheboygan Jaycees, especially at the “Dominion of Terror.” Mike was an avid Green Bay Packer fan, and enjoyed camping, grilling brats, and a good cup of coffee at any time of day.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle Pfeifer, of Sheboygan; five children, Cyndi (Pete) Braun, of Taus, WI, Nicole (Brian Theune) DesJardins, of Sheboygan, Nina (Jaret) Vosters, of Manitowoc, Ashley (Cory Jenkins) Pfeifer, of Cleveland, WI, and Destini Pfeifer, of Sheboygan Falls; seven grandchildren, Allison, Tristen, Terry, Ramon, Rebecca, Logan, and Adalynn; three sisters, Dorothy Gries, Judy (Harlan) Gries, and Mary Pfeifer; two brothers, Jimmy (Mary Lou) Pfeifer, and David Pfeifer; and his sister-in-law, Caryn Stueber. Many other relatives and friends survive. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Ruthann Weinreis, and two brothers, Gary and Ralph Pfeifer.
A funeral service for Michael will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home with Chaplin Joe Zenk officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff in the Neuro ICU at St. Luke’s Medical Center for the compassion and care that was given to him. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mike’s name.
