Nancy A. Guehna, age 77, of Sheboygan, died on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at The Lakehouse in Sheboygan. She was born in Sheboygan on July 28, 1948, to the late Carl and Evelyn Rohrbucker Najacht.
Nancy attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School. On June 13, 1970, she was united in marriage to James Guehna at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. James preceded her in death on December 19, 2013.
She worked in customer service at Weavers and Ametek, then retiring from the Sheboygan Clinic. Nancy was a past member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed watching and taking rides in hot air ballons, traveling to Wyoming to see her son, daughter-in-law and visiting her grand horse, Surgarfoot. Nancy adored her furry companions, Brandy, and Fudgie. She liked pull tabs, was an avid Wisconsin sports fan, and loved to spend time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her two children, Allen (Dee) Guehna of Wyoming, and Jennifer (David) Koenig, of Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Taylor (Hunter) Mueller, and Amber (special friend Josh) Koenig; one great-grandchild, Mason; a sister, Kathryn Klumb; and her sister-in-law, Ellen (Derek) Morgan. Many other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
A funeral service for Nancy will be held on Tuesday evening, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan with Pastor John Berg officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park in the Town of Sheboygan.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff at The Lakehouse, especially Jenna and Seijla for the compassion and care that was given to her.
