Nancy Lee Riemer, age 68, of Sheboygan, died on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Sheboygan Progressive Care Center. She was born in Sheboygan on December 23, 1956, to the late LaZerne and Lorraine Nytes Brown.
Nancy attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School. On May 8, 1976, she was united in marriage to Donald Riemer in Sheboygan. Nancy was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home, Rocky Knoll Health Care, and Vista Care with both her daughters and son-in-law.
She loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. Nancy also enjoyed bonfires, movie dates, and adventures with the “Brownbusters”.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Riemer; son, Donald (Danielle) Riemer III; her two daughters, Patricia (William) Stanton, and Holly (Donte) Evans; grandchildren, Brandi, Jeremy Jr., Shelby Lynn, Mya, Ashlyn, Ashira, Leland, Dontai, and Emma; three great-grandchildren, Aliza, Zeeva, and Kamarii; a brother, Mark (Cindy) Brown; her two sisters, Karen Brunnbauer, and Mary (Anthony) Goetsch; and her aunt, Rosie Whipple. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Wallace “Wally” Brown.
A celebration of life for Nancy will be held at a later date.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center, and the North Shore Hospice for the compassion and care that was given to Nancy.

Nancy and I worked many times together at Vista Care. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Always a valued and respected coworker. mentor and friend. We had many conversations full of wisdom, laughter and emotions. She always had a smile on her face and kind word to speak. May Our Good Lord bless her with peace warmth and love so well deserved.
