Raymond M. “Ray” Clanderman, 75, of Reno, NV, passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Ray was born to the late Claude and Henrietta (Maersch) Clanderman on December 11, 1946 in Chicago, IL. He attended Sheboygan North High School and served in the United States Army from 1965 to 1969, serving two tours in Vietnam. He was a salesman most of his life and enjoyed working at the call center for American Airlines his last 11 years before retirement. Ray was a voracious reader. In addition to loving his wife, he loved dogs of all shapes and sizes.
Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel, and his parents.
He is survived by his siblings, Mary (Steve) Leonhard and Jake Clanderman (Gina Lavey); nephew, Joseph Leonhard and brother-in-law, James Richardson.
A private family service is being held at Calvary Cemetery where he and his wife will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Humane Society of Sheboygan County in his name.
