Robert Lee Bevans Sr., 92, of Oostburg, passed away at Sheboygan Senior Community on Friday, July 5, 2024. Robert had his own contracting business for many years. He always had ideas and humor to share. Robert had a full life and he enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.
Robert is survived by his wife, Dorothy; children, Robert (Tammie) Bevans Jr, Lisa Kersten, LeAnn (Thomas) Miles; grandchildren, Ginger (Will) Hopkins, Paul (Sarah) Bevans, Stephanie Kersten (fiancé Darien Johnson), Samantha Kersten, Kever (Sydney) Kersten, Jessica Miles and Alex Miles; great-grandchildren, Savannah Hopkins, Jayvyn Kersten, Dejay and Damari Kersten-Johnson, Kamayah Kersten.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Rocky Knoll and Sheboygan Senior Community for the care they took of Robert. We know he left a smile in many of your hearts as well as ours. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Robert’s name to Sheboygan Senior Community.
