Robert W. “Bob” King Jr.

Robert King was born on July 4, 1942 and passed away on January 15, 2022 at the age of 79. He was united in marriage with Carol Perl on October 20, 1973. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. During his working years he was employed by the Kohler Company until his retirement after 33 years. Bob enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time at the VFW post 9156.
Bob is survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Lisa Houseye and Dawn (Jim) Kovacs; grandchildren, Anthony, Hope, Carman, Adam, Dominique, Seth and Cailyn; great grandson, Aiden; sisters, Barb (Andy) Lindsay and LaRue King and brother and sisters-in-law, Donna DeMey, Walter (Peggy) Perl, Judy Piper and Susie (Dennis) Freund. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Virginia King; mother-in-law, Anita Perl; brothers, Lamar King and Rick Schelk; granddaughters, Natasha and Jocelyn and brothers-in-law, Richard Piper and Russell (Nan) Perl.
Visitation will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6706 Superior Ave., Sheboygan, on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 12:00 p.m.

Bob will be missed by all who knew him. He is my brother-in-law and was always there to help if needed, he was kind to whoever he would meet. Bob loved the Lord and I know he is at home with him now and we will someday meet him again in heaven.

I so sorry for you loss Carol. I feel so bad. Bob was always a happy go lucky man and with a big smile always. Loved seeing at the VFW he was so happy working there and talking to everyone. If you need anything call me.
