Ruth Ann Meyer, age 80, of Sheboygan Falls passed away Wednesday May 21, 2025. Ruth was born June 18, 1944, in Sheboygan to the late Rudolph and Pauline (Kober) Dottai. Ruth was united in marriage to Robert Meyer on June 8, 1963, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Ruth was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church where she attended grade school. Ruth then graduated from South High School in 1962. She was employed at Pick ‘n Save for 30 years retiring in 2009. Ruth was a member of Waters Edge Arts / Plymouth Arts Center, Sheboygan County Quilters Club and the Classic Chevy Club of Wisconsin. She excelled at oil painting and quilting. Ruth loved playing games and cards with her family and best friend Joan. Ruth was beloved by all she met, and her love and laughter will be missed until we meet again in God’s embrace.
Survivors include her loving husband Robert, daughter Kelly (Jeffrey) Ulicny of West Olive, MI, son Jason (Migbel) Meyer of North Oxford, MA, daughter-in-law Catherine Meyer of Belgium, grandchildren Rachel (Ric Atkinson), Nathan, Zachary and Andrew Ulicny, Kobi Meyer, Krystal, Jonathan, and Alysia Santiago and many nieces and nephews. Ruth is further survived by sister Marilyn (Richard) Schwartz of Corydon, IN, brother James (Mary Jo) Dottai of Lady Lake, FL and sister Susan (Clifford) Smith of Sheboygan.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and a son Eric.
Family and friends may gather at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1121 Georgia Ave. Sheboygan on Thursday May 29, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Patrick Niles will officiate. Entombment to follow in the Greenlawn Mausoleum.
