Sandra (Reschke) Krueger, age 83, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 17, 2022. She was born in Fond du Lac on March 2, 1939, the daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel (Steinhaus) Reschke.
Sandra was united in marriage on October 5, 1968, to Phillip Krueger, their marriage was blessed with two sons. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Sandra’s pride and joy were her grandchildren who would argue that Sandra could make the best grilled cheese around. Sandra was also very talented with knitting and crocheting and spent much of her time making gifts for those she loved. She shared her passion with others by teaching sewing classes at Northwest Fabrics.
Survivors include her son, Larry (Donna) Krueger and their children Jenna and Adrianna; Roseanne (Eric) McGough (Grandchild) and their children Christopher, Galen, and Milo McGough (Great grandchildren), all of Sheboygan; a sister, Kathleen Grauvogl, of Fond du Lac; and her niece, Linda (Michael) Burmanina, of Waupun. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ethel; her husband, Phillip; her son, Gene, her brother Jim, and her niece, Barbara.
The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Sandra’s neighbors, Renee, Frank, Ann, and Amy. The family would also like to thank Sheboygan Fire Department, Orange Cross Ambulance, and Terrace Place for the compassion, care, and support that was given to Sandra.
A memorial service for Sandra will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan. Family and friends may gather at the Funeral Home on Saturday morning (Jan. 28) from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
