Sharon L. Korlesky, 79, of Sheboygan, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at Meadow View Health Services. Sharon was born to the late Delores and Herbert Stufen in Sheboygan on Sept. 4, 1940 and she graduated from Central High School. On July 1, 1961 Sharon was united in marriage to Theodore Korlesky at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. She was an avid reader, crossword puzzle fanatic and loved gambling at the Island Casino in Harris, Michigan. She also had a love for cardinals. One of her favorite things to do was take pontoon boat rides in the evening around Cedar Lake.
Sharon is survived by her husband Ted and son Michael (Lori) Korlesky.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Korlesky, parents and one brother.
There will be a private service held at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home and entombment will take place at the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Memorials can be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association in Sharon’s name. Condolences may be expressed online and “Hugs from Home” may be submitted until Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. to show your love and support to the family. Please visit www.reinboldfh.com.

May I share some moments I had with Sharon. It was my dog Bella and me in the photo in her room. For the past year and 1/2 I would stop and sit on her bed and say.Guess who`s here to see you..and she would recognize my voice and say...softly ..Nancy..and I would add..and who do I have in my arms
and she would say Bella..My visit was short but it always ended with ..okay, I`m leaving..see you later alligator and she would always ..finish with ... in a while crocodile..I`ll never forget that.!! One time I kissed her on her forehead and said I love you and she softly added ...I love you too. And when she was in her wheel chair, she was more alert... I could almost always, get a smile .She was precious ,and had a place in my heart.

I'm sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed talking to Sharon when she came to get her hair cut. We always had things to remember from being neighbors when I was a kid to interest in my family now..

Hi Teddy and Mike, I am so sorry to hear of your mom and wife passing. I can still remember when we would all get together over by grandpa Ries for a family get together. Seems like yesterday.
