William Felten was born on January 15, 1933, and passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 90. On December 21, 1957, he was united in marriage with Doris Huebner in Patterson, New Jersey. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy Reserve. During his working years he was employed by Pranges and Lakeland College. Bill enjoyed gardening in his flower and vegetable gardens, fishing and traveling. He had a lovely tenor voice and was in the Sheboygan eFree choir as well at the Golden Cordeliers. Bill had a very personal relationship with his Savior Jesus Christ and was a very faithful man of prayer.
William is survived by his children, Karen (Don) Ditthardt, William (Jennifer) Felten, Lois Felten, Arlys Felten and Laura Lindow; grandchildren, Rebekah (Justin) Van Dalen, Joshua (Laura) Ditthardt, Rachel Felten, Nicole Felten and Ashley Lindow; greatgrandchildren, Jude, Eden, Tobin and Ari Van Dalen and Jackson, Jaliyah and Ella Ditthardt; sister, Joyce Detert and brother-in-law, Gil Beers. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris; parents, William and Mathilda Felten; grandson, William Michael Felten; sisters, Pearl (Bill) Allen, Francis (Cliff) Leonard, Arlisle Beers and Virginia (Jim) Masterson, son-in-law, Daniel Lindow, and brother-in-law, Dave Detert.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Sheboygan eFree Church, 1710 N. 15th St, Sheboygan, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m.
