Dec 01, 1946 - Oct 05, 2022

William Henry Kussard, age 75, of Sheboygan, died on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan. He was born in Sheboygan on December 1, 1946, the son of the late Henry and Dorothy (Bruns) Kussard.
Bill attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1965. On April 22, 1967, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Susan Gluck. Bill was employed at the Kohler Company for over forty years, starting in 1968 and retiring in 2009. He was member of the Quarter Century Club at Kohler having worked in the brass department and warehouse. He was a past member and lead usher for many years at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Sheboygan.
More than anything Bill enjoyed spending time with his family. If you met Bill, you would know about his kids and grandkids sooner than later. He loved watching Henry and Charlie grow up and cherished the years he helped care for them in an amazing network of Grandparents Daycare. He was their number one fan, cheering them on in everything and anything they did.
Bill had a great passion for sports. He enjoyed attending and watching Brewers, Packers, and Wisconsin Badgers games. Over the years Bill played in many golf, softball, and bowling leagues. He even had a 300 game in miniature bowling. Bill also had a love for playing cards having learned at an early age from the guys at the Coast Guard station when he was their paper boy. That hobby had still continued on with all his friends at Sharpies. Bill enjoyed many trips to the casinos and vacations in Las Vegas. He was a proud baker and looked forward to making and sharing all of his delicious holiday cookies every year.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Susan; children, Scott (Katie Morrison) Kussard and Jonette (Mason) White; grandchildren, Henry, and Charlie White; a great-grandchild, Caspian Morrison Beining; and his siblings, Jim (Sharon) Kussard, Cheryl Walber, Patty (Mike) Buboltz, Gail (Bob) Meyer, Gary Kussard, Marcy Herman, and Heidi Kussard.
